Osteopathy

Osteopathy uses highly developed skills of palpation (feeling) to find areas of stress, strain or weakness in the body and after making a diagnosis, treat specific areas relating to your complaint. The techniques employed are safe, gentle and effective.

Pascaline believes that osteopathy is a highly beneficial treatment option for the wear and tear of today’s demanding lifestyle, both physical and emotional.

Originally from France, she trained for five years, full time, at the European School of Osteopathy (Maidstone, Kent) where she graduated. She is registered with the general Osteopathic Council (Gosc) and thrives on osteopathy and seeing her patients getting better.

Originally from France, she trained for five years, full time, at the European School of Osteopathy (Maidstone, Kent) where she graduated. She is registered with the general Osteopathic Council (Gosc) and thrives on osteopathy and seeing her patients getting better.

Every day she treats people suffering with pain using gentle, hands on techniques designed to reduce swelling, improve joint mobility and release muscle tension. Her philosophy is simple; identify the cause of the problem, treat it, and leave the body to heal itself.

Pascaline enjoys treating patients of all ages, from day old babies through to the elderly, and a wide variety of conditions. Her main treatment approach is in the classical style, which involves treating the whole body, combined with other techniques such as cranial osteopathy. Pascaline is highly proficient in both structural and cranial osteopathy and has a particular interest in treating babies and children with poor sleep, excess crying and colic, especially following birth trauma.

Pascaline also encourages patients to take an active role in their own health. She provides advice about posture, stretching exercise and nutrition always aiming towards whole body health. www.osteopathycare.com
