Matt Kendrick

With almost twenty years experience within health and fitness, Matt’s passion is stronger than ever.
Having travelled the world to study with the very best in the fields of sports medicine, strength and conditioning, Pilates and nutrition, Matt has gone on to provide expertise at the highest levels of many sports including Premiership Football, International cricket and Grand Slam winning tennis along with high profile entertainment artists.
Matt worked alongside Bob and Mike Bryan as they won Olympic Gold in 2012.
After founding MK back in 2001, Matt’s vision was to bring the very best knowledge and care in all aspects of health, fitness and wellbeing under one roof – MK HealthHub!

Sally

Sally Kendrick

With over 15 years experience of teaching in the health and fitness industry; Sally has a wealth of experience and expertise in a number of areas including Pilates, Sports massage therapy and fitness. Sally worked alongside Matt to create the unique MK Dynamic Pilates. An up tempo workout based on Joseph Pilates key principals combined with the most effective forms of strength, flexibility and endurance exercise.

Andy

ANDY FARR

Andy has a wealth of experience in the fitness industry with a wide range of qualifications in both fitness and sports remedial therapy.
Having joined MK in 2004, Andy has gone on to provide expertise within Premiership football, International Squash and Netball and private healthcare at BMI Priory Hospital.
Andy’s main areas of interest and expertise are with clients pre and post operative rehabilitation.
Andy finds it rewarding and satisfying helping clients achieve their maximum potential whilst accounting for any bio-mechanical restrictions they may have.

SEAN RAI

Sean has delivered over 10,000 hours of one to one training and sports massage over his 10 year career and continues to learn on a daily basis the latest methods to deliver the best results for his clients.
He finds he can draw from his experience and apply his knowledge to all types of clients which currently spans from body transformation to post operative rehabilitation and everything in between including elite youth sport and high profile entertainment.

JESS ELLMER

Jess joined the MK team after 10 years as a professional dancer.

Hugely passionate about making a difference, Jess divides her time between private coaching, Dynamic Pilates, classes and coordinating studio management at the Hub.

Charlie has a BSc (Hons) in Sport Science focusing on strength and conditioning.

Charlie has an extensive rugby background after going through the Worcester AASE scheme and playing for Worcester Warriors for 3 years!

Courtney knows only too well the hard work and determination required to achieve your goals.

JAMES ADAMS

James has a BSc (Hons) in Sports Conditioning and Injury Management and is studying for his Masters in Strength and Conditioning.
He has worked for Gloucester Rugby team, Hartpury football team and now over sees all sport performance at MK as well as coaching Solihull Moors FC.

SAM WILLIAMS

Sam found her passion for health and fitness back in 2003 when she discovered Motorsport and soon realised the physical demands racing at high speed has on the body.
Sam soon completed her racing license, which led her to become a track day instructor for a Supercar company.
Then progressing into becoming a full time health coach and helping others achieve their dreams and goals.

After being in the fitness industry for 12 years, starting with teaching dance aged 16, Emily has always loved training & living a healthy lifestyle.
Which led onto competing in bodyfitness competitions, she placed 2nd in the Midlands in 2013!

LUKE ABBOTTS

MK sports therapist and coach, Luke grew up competing in amateur boxing.
His Olympic coach also trained Anthony Joshua and Amir Khan! In his first year in the Hub he has already spent time travelling all over Europe with MK Events on both The Vamps and Little Mix Tours!

BAZ ABRAHALL

Baz discovered his passion for exercise when just 16, way back in 1987!
A time when broad shoulders were only achieved by pads in your jackets. (Miami Vice style!)
In his 12 years at MK, Baz has seen many exercise trends come and go (including unitards) but has always put function and results at the top of his list.

Emma’s passion for health and fitness started with gymnastics and athletics, in which she competed at a high level for many years.
