MK Barre is a high-intensity full body workout, designed to feel like a low-impact session… making it ideal for those who don’t want long recovery times, or painful days after working out.

Our choreographed routines use a combination of bodyweight resistance, light props, and high repetitions to strengthen and tone all muscle groups. 

Our ballet Barre programs pay particular attention to toning and shaping the arms, thighs, glutes, and core - and after just one session you’ll start feeling happier, healthier, and more-energetic.

Continued attendance will lead to an increase in lean, toned muscle, an increased metabolic rate… and of course, you’ll find yourself melting away fat, FAST.  You’ll also benefit from improved posture - helping you feel taller, more-confident (while also benefit your body’s internal functions, like digestion, and mental health.)
