Molly studied Sport and Exercise Science in America for 4 years whilst on a soccer scholarship. She then returned to play at a national level and pursue her Master's in Sport and Exercise Nutrition at Loughborough University! Molly's expertise lies in improving performance through strength, condition and nutrition.
