Sam found her passion for health and fitness back in 2003 when she discovered Motorsport and soon realised the physical demands racing at high speed has on the body.

Sam soon completed her racing license, which led her to become a track day instructor for a Supercar company.  Then progressing into becoming a full time health coach and helping others achieve their dreams and goals.
